About The Job
Newham Virtual School champions and supports children who enter care in Newham. In this role you will work with schools, social care, and other stakeholders to provide information, advice, and guidance to all parties, and support the completion of a termly Personal Education Plan for all children allocated on a given caseload. You will be responsible for ensuring that the children and young people you work with are properly supported in education. The role requires flexibility, drive, and an ambition to continuously assess and find creative ways to support children, young people, and their parents/carers, ensuring their engagement.
