In this varied role, you will monitor CCTV and help keep the community safe by following the CCTV Code of Practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV
  • Support frontline teams including the Metropolitan Police
  • Carry out data checks across multiple systems
  • Maintain high-quality reports
  • Handle out-of-hours calls including urgent housing repairs and processing social services referrals
  • Ensure smooth council services during critical hours

Shift Pattern: Late/Night Shift operating 16:00–06:00 (7.2 hours per shift + 48-minute meal break). Work three weekends out of four, and Bank Holidays on rotation. A fast-paced, out-of-hours environment.

Salary: £35,520 – £36,585 per annum.
