About Our Role

Commissioning Manager for Children, Life Long Learning and Families department, Strategy, Commissioning and Partnership division. If you are committed to delivering value for money services, have excellent negotiation skills and are target driven, this is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in commissioning services for children and young people.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be working as part of the CLLF commissioning team. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage complex commissioning or strategy projects within children social care, the ability to work successfully across professional organisations and with a multitude of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include delivering placement sufficiency and increasing capacity, being the lead to deliver local strategies and review and commission outcome focused services.
