About The Role

As part of a team, you will work with commissioned partners to ensure that Merton Adult Learning (MAL) meets the Council's ambitions to address inequalities, improve the health and wellbeing of its residents, encourage intergenerational learning and deliver excellent teaching and learning that enables our residents to progress towards good jobs.

A great communicator with experience of motivating others to achieve goals, you will work with partners to challenge underperformance in teaching and learning and contract delivery and celebrate successes.

Experience
