Founded in 2011, South London Legal Partnership (SLLP) is the in‑house legal service for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex workload related to commercial property asset management, including sales, purchases, leases, licences and other related matters.
- Demonstrate good experience in land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
- Work effectively within tight timescales and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Commercial property solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE; NQ+ considered.
- Real team player, self‑motivated, flexible with the ability to work to tight timescales.
- Local authority experience is desirable but not essential.
