Employ Merton is a pilot job brokerage and employability service supporting our residents to gain, retain and progress in work.
You will be joining a new team of experienced employability officers and as such, will need to be confident working in an agile 'test and learn' environment while delivering agreed outcomes. Collaboration and partnership working will be key to our success, so the ability to form and maintain professional relationships with different stakeholder groups is pivotal.
Despite being a new service, we fully expect to be busy. The post holder will manage an allocated case load that will require prioritisation of competing deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity where your experience and expertise will not only be valued but will directly inform service development.
