  1. Inspections and Surveys: Assisting with property inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance.
  2. Compliance Reports and Schedules: Preparing detailed reports and schedules of works, essential for effective enforcement.
  3. Enforcement and Legal Processes: Assisting in the preparation and serving of notices and contributing to legal case preparation.
  4. Customer Interaction: Engaging with residents and landlords, providing advice and resolving queries.
  5. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Working alongside the Police, Fire Brigade, Trading Standards, and other key stakeholders.
