We’re excited to hire two new Expert by Experience Trainers to help deliver Merton Council’s Total Respect training.
Total Respect is a powerful and young person led training designed by care-experienced young people, aimed at professionals working with children in care and care leavers. You will receive training and support to help you co-deliver the training to social workers, personal advisors and other professionals.
As the training is based on the lived experience of young people in care, this role is open to those who have experience of being in care, or being a care leaver, from Merton Council. We’re also looking for individuals who are confident in speaking in group settings, passionate about improving services for young people and have a passion for young people’s rights.
