Merton is looking to recruit a Depot Site Manager to oversee our Garth Road Depot, home to our Passenger Transport, Street Cleansing and Waste Collection Services, along with our resident's Recycling Centre.
This is a new post for Merton and an opportunity for the successful candidate to make it their own, as part of the refreshed management team.
The Depot Site Manager is responsible for the effective, safe and complaint operation of the depot.
This role is visible onsite leadership.
The post holder will be responsible for liaising and negotiating with each stakeholder to ensure a well managed, safe, and efficient depot environment.
This role will also support the Head of Fleet and Depot on budgetary monitoring and management.
