As Head of Parking Services you will lead a high‑profile, income‑generating service spanning 367 km of highway and 13 car parks across the borough, managing a team of 100+ people and a £24m+ operation. This role has real political visibility and drives transformation, putting customers at the centre of decision‑making. You will deliver a modern, data‑driven service that makes tangible differences to residents every day.
