The newly established SEND Support and Inclusion Service is seeking a Business Manager to assist the team with data management, finance, and administrative tasks. We are in search of a highly creative, solution-focused individual who will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting this new team.
Our team consists of dedicated teachers and support workers committed to promoting the inclusion of pupils with SEND in Merton. You will join us at an exciting stage of our development, helping to create effective systems that ensure the team\’s efficiency and impact.
A strong understanding of data is essential, as you will assist in setting up a database to record all aspects of the team\’s work. We are looking for someone who brings a creative approach to problem-solving and has a proven track record in supporting busy teams to develop effective systems that utilize data to demonstrate the impact of their work.
You should have proven experience in business support, including finance, and most importantly, a can-do attitude towards teamwork. If successful, you will be a key member of our leadership team, with excellent opportunities for development and learning.
