Are you a strategic & operational thinker with a passion for improving children social care services? Merton Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support Hub Manager to manage our Childrenâs Social Care Business Support Hub.
This role will provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective delivery of business support services across Childrenâs Social Care & Youth Inclusion. You will work closely with senior managers, social work teams, and external partners to drive performance, improve systems, and support the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Support Hub, overseeing a team of Business Support Officers.
- Lead specific projects ensuring they are delivered on time to a high standard.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to support children\’s social care operations that ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet the demands of service, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.
