The London Borough of Merton is seeking a Building Control Surveyor to augment the existing establishment of a mix of experienced and young enthusiastic surveyors. Merton is situated at the end of the Northern line and has excellent links with the surrounding area. The borough is home to Wimbledon Tennis and AFC Wimbledon football in their new stadium.
The work offers excellent opportunities to further your career with a mix of developments including regeneration of some parts. The technical elements of the Safety at sports ground regulation are undertaken within the section; the manager is represented on both Safety advisory groups for those venues and on others for events within the Borough.
