The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking Senior Licensing & Housing Enforcement Officers to raise standards in private sector housing within the borough. You will work as part of a team and independently to proactively identify and license residential accommodation, improving living conditions and enforcing relevant housing laws.
The role requires a HHSRS qualification and detailed knowledge of housing legislation, building regulations, planning requirements, and tenant rights.
