About the Team
The role sits within the Transformation, Improvement and Performance Team, supporting improvement across Children, Families and Education. Performance colleagues are strong data analysts who use SQL to extract data from multiple sources and present findings via a data visualisation tool, fostering a community of practice for excellence in analysis.
About the Role
This role will support colleagues in the SEND team to better understand data for children with Education, Health and Care Plans or additional support in school for their SEND needs. You will bring together data from diverse formats and systems to create a clear picture of the support we provide for this vulnerable cohort.
- Extracting and consolidating data from various sources using SQL.
- Transforming and cleaning data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Developing visualisations and reports for non‑specialist audiences.
- Collaborating with SEND colleagues to interpret data and recommend improvements.
