About the Role
As a Repairs Surveyor, you’ll diagnose, specify, and manage repairs across Lambeth’s homes. Your responsibilities include carrying out pre‑ and post‑inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard. A significant part of the role is dealing with damp and mould, requiring strong technical knowledge and confidence in identifying causes and long‑term solutions in line with Awaab’s Law. You will work closely with contractors, residents, and colleagues to ensure repairs are done right and residents feel supported.
