About the Team
We are a supportive, family focused team helping children and families in Lambeth lead healthier, more active lives. About the Role
As Physical Activity Lead, you will plan and deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate physical activity sessions as part of our Family Healthy Weight programme. Building on our Ready Steady Go! Child Weight Management Service, the programme supports children and families to develop healthier lifestyles through healthy eating and physical activity. Sessions will be delivered in schools, family hubs and community settings across Lambeth. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working with children and families, who can make physical fun, accessible and appropriate for different ages and needs. You will plan and deliver fun, inclusive and engaging group physical activity sessions in schools, family hubs and community settings across Lambeth. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual capable of adapting activities for different ages, abilities and needs. This is a part-time/casual role, offering 2-4 hours per week at £30 per hour.
