You will lead 12-team members, ensuring accurate pay for about 3,000 school staff, 3,200 corporate staff and external school staff, while embedding continuous improvements and data-led practices.
The role reports to the Payroll Manager, supports payroll transformation, and requires strong collaboration with HR, Finance and external partners.
