- responsible for carrying out fire safety remedial works across Lambeth’s housing portfolio, including fire door repairs, compartmentation and fire stopping.
Works within Community Works team to meet FRA and BM Trada standards while maintaining health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute fire safety remedial works – fire door repairs, compartmentation, fire stopping – in occupied residential buildings.
- Ensure all work meets FRA and BM Trada standards.
- Maintain high levels of health and safety compliance and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with Community Works team and other stakeholders.
- Drive council vehicles; possess a full UK manual driving licence.
