Creative Link Worker

REF: 2944 | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity - Full Time

Pay range: £44,937 pa rising to £47,925

About the Role

You will be responsible for maximising the potential for young people not in education, employment or training aged 16‑24, to develop confidence, connections, skills development and paid employment in the creative and digital industries (CDI).

You will work closely with ELEVATE and Lambeth Made colleagues as well as internal and external referral partners to recruit young people to the programme and deliver tailored “wrap‑around” 1:1 employability support, connecting them to relevant training and paid (London Living Wage) employment opportunities in the creative and digital industries. You will also meet the targets, KPIs and objectives of the Next‑Us programme and demonstrate success against accurate monitoring and evaluation reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit young people to the programme.
  • Deliver tailored ‘wrap‑around’ 1:1 employability support.
  • Connect participants to relevant training and paid employment opportunities.
  • Meet programme targets, KPIs and objectives.
  • Provide accurate monitoring and evaluation reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Understanding of creative and digital skills and employment landscape.
  • Passion for and experience of supporting marginalised young people to engage and progress into education, employment and training outcomes.
  • Adherence to Lambeth’s vision, mission and values.
