We are seeking a Senior Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience to join Lambeth's Child Assessment Team. As part of our improvement journey, you will help bring positive change and stability to the lives of children and families. You are agile, flexible, and possess the ability to respond to challenges and demands with pace and compassion. The role requires regular office attendance and the resilience to commit fully to your responsibilities.

As a Senior Social Worker on the Child Assessment Team, you will play a critical front-line role in assessing and supporting children and families within the Borough. You will benefit from extensive training opportunities, career development options across various services, and access to a vibrant work community. You will manage a manageable caseload, receive supportive supervision, and work within a stable senior management environment. Please note that hybrid working is available, but candidates should be able to commute to the office at least twice a week.
