Our Family Help Team is looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to a busy and dynamic service.
Business Support Officers are essential to the success of Family Help services, ensuring practitioners can focus on supporting children and families.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative and business support to the Family Help Team
- Coordinate meetings, diaries and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and case information systems
- Support data collection, reporting and performance monitoring
- Assist with communication between teams, partners and families
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the service
About You
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Be confident using a range of digital systems
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
