Required to start as soon as possible. 36 hours per week all year round working a split shift – hours to be agreed with the Headteacher. Permanent position. Scale S01 – salary scale - £37,134 to £39,276 (pay award pending).
We wish to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Site Manager who will ensure our school is a safe, inviting and positive learning environment. You will advise and proactively work with school leaders to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety of the school facilities. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school premises and for line‑managing our cleaning team. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and have excellent skills in time management and communication. Previous experience within a school environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
