You’ll provide the insight we need to build services residents need. Responsible for business analysis within the service design function, you’ll be part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team. We’ll look to you to investigate issues, design, plan and carry out research for some of our most complex design challenges. You’ll then analyse the results and provide information to guide service improvement. If you spot opportunities to reduce costs or innovate, you’ll flag them up to the team. With your research and analysis, we can build amazing services – and get to the heart of residents’ needs.
