Location: Woodbridge Park Education Service, The Bridge Primary Centre, 187 Bedfont Lane, Feltham TW14 9NP

Salary: £27,017 to £28,660 gross pa

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a friendly and close-knit team to support students who are disaffected with school or who have been permanently excluded.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve meaningful outcomes and raise their achievement levels and self-esteem.
  • Support students through effective behaviour management and positive handling techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous primary experience essential, ideally in a supporting role.
  • Outstanding behaviour management skills.
  • Price trained (positive handling and de-escalation technique training) or physically fit and able to undertake training.
  • Ability to work 32.5 hours per week, term time only.

All appointments subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks.
