Responsibilities
- Work alongside a friendly and close-knit team to support students who are disaffected with school or who have been permanently excluded.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve meaningful outcomes and raise their achievement levels and self-esteem.
- Support students through effective behaviour management and positive handling techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Previous primary experience essential, ideally in a supporting role.
- Outstanding behaviour management skills.
- Price trained (positive handling and de-escalation technique training) or physically fit and able to undertake training.
- Ability to work 32.5 hours per week, term time only.
All appointments subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks.
