Woodbridge Park Education Service is a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs. We provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. We are seeking inspirational, patient, empathetic trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our amazing pupils.
We are seeking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher to work alongside our friendly and close-knit team to support with mental health and medical conditions within our CATE Department across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this stage.
Location and Salary
Location: Woodbridge Park Education Service, 24 Wood Lane, Isleworth TW7 5ED
Based at: Continued Access to Education (CATE) Centre in Brentford TW8
Salary: Salary MPR/UPR plus 1 SEN Point
Progress and Environment
As our service provision continues to expand to meet emerging needs, we are now looking to grow our team. We offer varied professional experience across diverse sites, with a dedicated training programme and planned investment in staff development. We place a high regard on staff wellbeing and have been awarded the NEU Workload Charter Status; we also offer six early finish days per school year to support wellbeing.
Role Details
The post is 5 days per week, term time only and 32.5 hours per week. Candidates must be able to inspire and motivate our students to achieve meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people. OFSTED November 2023 judged WPES as a GOOD school.
