About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Performance & Data Team as a Management Information Officer. In this role, you’ll be primarily working with the current Management Information Officers in the team to upkeep data quality maintenance across relevant systems and applications. You’ll help monitor systems in use for handling personal data to ensure that appropriate data quality controls are in place. You’ll create regular reports relating to data quality to share with system users to fix root cause issues for continuous review and improvement.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
You will be working in the Performance and Data Team with responsibility for providing data to Children’s services, with particular emphasis on the analysis of complex datasets from internal and external partners, systems and databases. You’ll be working with Data Leads and frontline colleagues to provide usable data and insight.
About You
- You enjoy working with data and are naturally curious, with a proactive and self-managing approach to solving problems.
- You’re comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders and can explain data and insights in a clear, practical way.
- You have experience working with data tools such as Excel and are keen to continue developing your technical skills.
- You’re confident working with data from multiple sources and supporting the creation of reports, dashboards and datasets that meet user needs.
- You take pride in data quality and understand the importance of accurate, timely and well-governed information.
- Experience within social care, education or the public sector is helpful, but not essential.
- We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Hounslow House office.
