About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our in‑house security team located at Hounslow House. We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to develop and implement a strategic service plan and to lead and support the security team in the delivery of effective and efficient security services, ensuring that the service meets the evolving needs of the business of the council. You will lead on the strategic planning of the day‑to‑day security service. The work includes the safe and secure use of Hounslow House for staff, partners, councillors, local residents and other visitors.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
You will report directly to the Buildings Manager and be working with and supported by other members of the wider Facilities Management team who provide services to Hounslow House and other council sites. You will manage a security team consisting of two Lead Security Officers and ten Security Officers. The service provides cover 7 days a week.
