Overview
Join the expanding Educational Psychology Service in Hounslow, part of a multi-disciplinary Specialist Practice & Advice team. You will support inclusion through creative, systemic approaches, work closely with schools on early intervention, and contribute to assessment, training, and wider strategic work. The role offers reflective supervision, ongoing development, and opportunities to shape practice at scale within an innovative service. You will help place children and young people at the centre of service development and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Apply psychology creatively and systemically to support inclusion
- Collaborate with schools to develop early intervention approaches
- Contribute to assessment, consultation, training, and strategic work
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and multi-agency colleagues
Key requirements
- HCPC registered (or current Year 3 Trainee EP)
- Eligible for an enhanced DBS
- Strong grounding in psychological theory and practice
- Commitment to inclusion, equity, and early intervention
