About The Role
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality, person centred care to residents living with dementia. You will support each individual with dignity, respect, and compassion, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Providing support with daily living activities (personal care, meals, mobility, medication, etc.)
- Encouraging residents to engage in meaningful activities, hobbies, and social interaction.
- Promoting well being, independence, choice, and a positive home environment.
- Helping to maintain a warm, friendly, and respectful atmosphere within the home.
Available Positions
We currently have the following vacancies:
- Day Roles: 2 Ă— 32.5 hours per week (5 days)
- 1 Ă— 26 hours per week (4 days)
- Night Role: 1 Ă— 29 hours per week

About The Team You’ll Be Working In
As a Care Worker at Clifton Gardens, you will be part of a supportive, dedicated care team within one of our specialist units. You will work closely with fellow Care Workers and report to the Duty Officer, who will guide and coordinate your daily tasks. You will also collaborate with visiting professionals—nurses, doctors, therapists, social workers—to ensure that each resident receives holistic and person centred care. Our team’s purpose is to provide compassionate, high quality support to residents living with dementia. Each individual has their own unique strengths, needs, and preferences, and your role will be essential in helping them maintain dignity, independence, well being, and quality of life. You will contribute to creating a positive, engaging environment where residents can enjoy social interaction, activities, and meaningful moments every day. You will also have opportunities to develop new skills, build your experience in the care sector, and be part of a friendly, supportive team that values your contribution and respects your individuality.
About You

Formal certificates or previous work experience in care are desirable but what matters most to us is your attitude and willingness to learn. We value personal experience of caring for others, whether it is a family member, a friend, or a neighbour.
