About The Role
Are you looking for a rewarding and meaningful career in care? Do you have a passion for helping people with dementia live well and enjoy their lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Clifton Gardens care home in Chiswick.
As a care worker, you will provide individualised care and support to our residents with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You will assist them with daily living activities, such as personal care, meals, medication and hobbies. You will also help to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in the home, where residents feel valued and respected.
This post is for a full-time position of 32.5 hours per week, and you will be required to follow a rota (shifts-pattern) which may require you to work on any day of the week. Fix days of work is not available for this position.
Shifts hours are as follows: Early shift 7.30am – 2pm and Late shift 1.30pm to 8pm.

Team You’ll Be Working In
As a care worker at Clifton gardens, you will be working alongside other care workers in a unit consisting of 14 residents. You will be reporting to a Duty Officer, who will supervise and coordinate your work. Other professionals also work in partnership with the home such as nurses, doctors, therapists and social workers.
The purpose of your team is to provide good quality care and support to our residents with dementia, who have different needs and abilities. You will help them to maintain their dignity, independence and well-being, as well as their physical and mental health. You will also contribute to creating a positive and stimulating environment in the home, where residents can enjoy a variety of activities and social interactions.
Your role as a care worker is very important and rewarding. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families every day. You will also learn new skills and gain valuable experience in the care sector. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that values your contribution and respects your individuality.
About You
You may be wondering if you have the right qualifications and experience to apply for this role. Formal certificates or previous work experience in care, are desirable but what matters most to us, is your attitude and your willingness to learn.
