About The Role
Are you ready to lead change and shape the future of digital services? We're looking for a dynamic Business Analysis Lead to head our team of 5-6 Business Analysts. You'll manage your team and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive service redesign, and champion user-centred thinking across technology, processes, and organisational structures. As part of our Service Design team, you'll play a key role in delivering the #1Hounslow transformation programme and Digital Strategy. If you're outcome-focused, creative and passionate about improving services for residents, we want to hear from you.
About The Team You'll Be Working In
Our Service Design team is at the heart of transforming how services are delivered across the council. We work collaboratively with service leads, developers, and stakeholders to redesign processes and create user-centred solutions that improve outcomes for residents and staff. With a wealth of technical tools available, including AI tools and govService's suite to facilitate end-to-end process design/re-engineering, this is an exciting time to be at London Borough of Hounslow. Our aim: To deliver services that are simple, fair, and effective - making life easier for residents while enabling the council to operate efficiently and sustainably.
About You
We need a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can shape and grow our business analysis capability while driving digital transformation across the council. You'll combine strong analytical skills with people leadership, ensuring our services are designed around user needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
