About The Role
This role is to work in a supporting role with children and young people aged 11‑25 to promote their personal, social and educational development. It provides a holistically supportive, positive professional relationship with young people, ensuring the relationship is routed in young people’s own journey and led by them. It creates opportunities for young people to develop their voice and views and to shape new services or adapt existing ones to meet their needs.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
The team consists of 2 Participation Officers and a Team Manager. The team is enthusiastic, vibrant and dedicated to ensuring the voices of children and young people are heard and that this makes a difference to service delivery.
