As a Recycling Assistant , you will play a key role in promoting waste reduction and improving recycling services borough-wide. You will join a highly motivated and forward-thinking team, passionate about making a measurable environmental impact and delivering outstanding services to our residents and businesses. Your Role In this exciting role, you’ll support and deliver a wide range of recycling and waste reduction initiatives. These may include: Promoting waste minimisation, food waste reduction, and community reuse and repair projects Working with residents, schools, colleges, developers, and local businesses to encourage recycling and reduce contamination Supporting service improvements through community engagement and innovation Helping to achieve the aims of our borough-wide Reduction and Recycling Plan Managing or contributing to small-scale environmental projects Driving awareness and behavioural change through proactive communication and outreach Ready to make a real impact in your community?
