Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a proactive recruitment administrator- ideally with some internal recruitment experience . This role will be offered on a temporary basis, with an anticipated duration of 6 months.You will assist with the recruitment work stream for London`s second largest local authority. You will help ensure that recruitment is conducted in an effective, timely and efficient manner with professional service always delivered.You will be part of a team providing expertise to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and advertising options and assisting with Hillingdon ATS systems and recruitment operations.
About You
We are looking for a pro-active, resourceful individual who can :
*Assist with recruitment requests as they are approved, ensuring adverts are well written and placed in appropriate places and help with back-office administration of the entire recruitment process.
*As a user of ATS ensure that the system is used to its full advantage and that all inputs are of a high quality. Provide coaching on the system to hiring managers as required.
*Be part of a team Ensuring that all hiring managers follow the clearly defined recruitment process.
*Deliver to the agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) for recruitment services into the business service areas.
*Work with HR colleagues on specific recruitment campaigns as required.
*Assist with all administration tasks around the recruitment team and undertake general ad-hoc administration tasks.
It would be an added bonus if you have worked for another Local Authority in a similar role, or have experience in the Public Sector.
