A highly experienced and qualified Senior Estates Surveyor with a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject and a RICS qualification. You have significant experience in property case management and analysis, with a strong working knowledge of landlord and tenant law. A team player with a \”can-do\” attitude, you are adept at influencing, negotiating, and communicating effectively across a range of stakeholders. You are highly numerate, IT literate, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

What the Job Involves

The role involves coordinating and delivering a comprehensive Estates Management Service, managing an agreed portfolio to optimize financial returns. You will represent the Estates Team, act as a Project Manager, and support the Council's policy objectives in property requirements, asset management, and related tasks. You will handle property management duties, conduct negotiations, and provide professional advice. Additionally, you will manage, coordinate and reconcile service charge expenditure within the portfolio, ensuring all dealings align with the Council's standards and objectives.
