About the role

At Hillingdon Council, we aren’t just restructuring and changing titles; we are fundamentally changing the way we deliver our services. We are looking for Income Maximisation Officers to deliver high quality income collection and resident support services to deliver the lifeblood of the housing function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and be responsible for collecting high levels of income from our residents. You will use your strong communication skills, your inquisitive but empathetic nature to understand residents’ circumstances and signpost to support to achieve best results all round. Your mission is to help the service transform and become one that works collaboratively with colleagues and partners to help meet the needs and requirements of residents.
