Job Description Senior Talent Consultant London Borough of Havering Contract: Permanent Pay – £52,584 per annum The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit a Senior Talent Consultant to support the Talent Manager in designing and delivering high-quality talent management solutions. This includes attraction, identification, development, engagement, and deployment of talent to meet future workforce needs, balancing strategic and operational support for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deputise for the Head of Talent as required. Support the Talent team in delivering the talent strategy, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent pools, succession planning, career management, and employee engagement. Lead the development and maintenance of policies, guidance, and procedures related to talent management. Implement talent strategies by providing advice and guidance to positively influence employee experience. Ensure timely delivery of processes, administration, and maintenance of relevant records. Manage talent activities such as attracting talent (employer branding), resourcing (recruitment and redeployment), and identifying talent (planning and succession).
