This role is part of Havering Educational Psychology Service (EPS), a fully staffed EP team expanding within the SEND Service. EPs work closely with Advisory Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Havering's 0–5 Team, and others through a Team Around the School Approach, contributing distinct psychological insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Support schools, colleges and special provisions through training, consultation, organisational change, and policy work.
  • Provide targeted early intervention and undertake statutory work.
  • Support own 'patch' of schools and settings while exploring passions and contributing to SEND training offers.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Educational Psychologist or Trainee Educational Psychologist in final year of training.
  • Commitment to applying psychology to help children, young people and families and to anti‑racist practice.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
