What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of Centre Support Advisors across multiple sites
- Managing enrolment, learner enquiries, and front‑line services
- Supporting marketing activities and promoting course offerings
- Ensuring centres are safe, compliant, and running efficiently
- Working closely with teaching staff and managers to deliver a seamless experience
- Overseeing key processes including fees, data, and reporting
About You:
- Experience leading a team in a customer‑facing environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to multitask
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- A flexible mindset and willingness to work evenings and weekends
- GCSE Grade 9–5 (or equivalent) in English and maths
