Kitchen Assistant post based at Rainham Village School – Salary – £8,937.03 pro rata per annum – (27,345 – 28,521 per annum) – This post is for 13.75 hours per week, term time only plus Cleaning days per year held during the School holidays. This post will involve serving the Children their lunches and cleaning the kitchen after service., HES Catering on-going success is very straightforward – We have amazing Colleagues throughout all of our sites bursting with experience who carefully prepare ‘Healthy, Fresh, Vibrant & Tasty’ meals with the highest quality produce for our wonderful Clients. We serve over 15,000 meals per day in our schools.

The role has entry step Grade 1/2
- 13.75 Hours per week, term time only, Plus 4 cleaning days during the School Holidays.
To undertake the preparation, simple cooking and the serving of food and beverages in accordance with the Council’s contractual arrangements.
To support the kitchen supervisor in all aspects of the food service and to assume responsibility of the food service in the supervisor’s absence
