Grade 4 – £31,611pa – £33,987pa

Working Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 7.15pm (start & finish times vary).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, Senior Management, Councillors, Staff and Contractors.
  • Manage reception in nine buildings, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Interact daily with stakeholders to deliver information and support best outcomes for building users.
  • Multitask and maintain a strong memory to ensure efficient building operations.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

  • Empathetic and considerate, with the ability to be assertive when required.
  • Capable of working independently while supporting team members.
  • Strong memory and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
