The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit an All Age Quality Apprentice to assist with the provision of a professional, quality service throughout the Council and provide a support function to the team.

If successful in your application for the role of All Age Quality Apprentice, you will:

  • Work as part of a team, supporting and working together with other team members;
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach in the delivery of work in the service area;
  • Exhibit good communication skills with clear spoken and written English;
  • Deal professionally with the public;
  • Follow instructions and work to deadlines;
  • Use initiative and learn how to prioritise workload;
  • Be aware of equality and diversity;
  • Be aware of health and safety;
  • Understand the importance of punctuality and the impact that sickness absence has on the effectiveness of the team.
