About the Role
Haringey's Violence and Exploitation Team delivers intensive outreach intervention with young people at high risk of becoming involved in group related offending, county lines, serious youth violence including gangs and child criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation; and/or who are missing, vulnerable and exploited.

About You
We need a versatile and enthusiastic officer to drive a range of work aimed at keeping young people safe from violence, exploitation, and gangs. As a Social Worker, you will be undertaking direct work with Young People, offering them diversion and exit support away from exploitation to include avoiding them becoming involved in county lines and criminal activity.
You will be working with key agencies to ensure young people and children receive targeted support to keep them engaged in education. Undertaking assessment of risk and protection, providing young people with consistent support and opportunities into employment or further education and training.
