This role demands a strong technical foundation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward excellence. If you’re passionate about electrical safety, compliance, and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Team

You’ll be joining a skilled and collaborative electrical team committed to delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work across all projects. Our team values professionalism, continuous improvement, and mutual support, working closely to uphold industry standards and exceed expectations. With a strong focus on compliance and innovation, we foster an environment where expertise is shared and development is encouraged.

About You

Ideally, you will have had previous experience in managing data and performance via KPIs and the ability to audit your teams as well as analyse and record data to be shared with senior colleagues. IOHS or NEBOSH qualifications, Asbestos risk awareness and experience in using job management systems such as Northgate/NEC, Total Mobile, would be desirable.
