We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working collaboratively with families and young people and working in a relational and empathetic way. You must have a commitment to direct work and advocating for children and young people and a willingness to learn and accept feedback in a constructive manner. An NQSW in Haringey should be a positive communicator who can collaborate, influence and challenge with excellent verbal and written skills. You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of the research, legislation and statutory responsibilities that underpin Children's Social Care, and be able to work to a high standard, meet deadlines and contribute to a learning culture within your team. You will be proactive in building on your previous learning and experience. Some experience in children's social care would be an advantage. Most importantly we are looking for someone who has an unwavering passion for social work, the vision and drive to change outcomes for children, young people and their families and the skills to be part of a team that inspires and supports stakeholders.
