It is essential that the ideal candidate has experience working as a surveyor within a responsive repairs service or voids team, as you will be responsible for producing clear, detailed specifications of multi-trade works using schedule of rates and managing the programme of work to completion.\\n\\n You will be confident using IT systems for job management to ensure works are delivered within service level agreements and the allocated budget, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills being a point of contact with stakeholders, contractors and customers.\\n\\n If you possess the right skills and mindset, we are committed to supporting your growth and helping you thrive in this role!\\n\\nAbout the Team\\n\\nThe Responsive Repairs Voids team is dedicated to exceeding performance expectations to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
