About the role
We are seeking a Head of Building Control to lead our high-performing service within the Planning & Building Standards directorate. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Planning, Housing, Property, and Environment teams, as well as strategic partners, to drive the delivery of new homes, jobs, major events, and environmental improvements. You will also play a key role in implementing the new building safety regime, building on our strong progress and positive culture in this area.
