London Borough of Hackney’s HEALS is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Officer to bridge schools, the HEALS Hub, and the community.
You will manage a diverse caseload, identify barriers to education, and deliver trauma-informed support to students and families.
You will coordinate referrals, support reintegration into home schools, and help build capacity across the education system to ensure vulnerable children have a clear path to success.
