Strategic Lead for Prevention 2 years Fixed Term/ Secondment Opportunity

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading a complex transformation programme aimed at preventing, reducing and delaying residents’ need for care.
- You will co‑create a shared vision of preventative working across health and social care, and inspire confidence by delivering tangible changes that demonstrate system‑wide impact – ultimately supporting Hackney residents to live longer and healthier lives.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex programmes of change in a similar setting.
- Excellent strategic leadership and management skills.
- Understanding of how to motivate and lead teams, and maximise the skills and capacity available.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and influencing skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of health and social care and best practice models for preventing, reducing and delaying care needs to deliver better outcomes.
- Experience in collecting, analysing and interpreting a range of data and insight to prioritise opportunities for improvement, design services and measure impact.
